Due to most of my items being hand made, I am not able to accept refunds.

If your item shows up to you damaged, or you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase,  you have 7 days to reach out to me, www.shopatthreadsandthings@gmail.com, so that we can resolve the issue with a replacement.
